Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the schedule that could have been filled by another patient. As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.
- When booking your appointment, make sure you add the correct phone number. Location, appointment reminders and confirmations will be send via text.
- Please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00
- Clients arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. And in this event, the cancellation policy will go into effect.
- No-shows will be billed in full 100% the amount of the appointment.
- Clients under 18 years of age are not accepted, Only 18+
